What is included in the Price?

Rental price of the Apartments includes:
Consumption of electricity, drinkable water and gas in the period from April to September, in the remaining periods of the year the consumption of gas will be extra charged separately,by reading the counter.
All the necessary house linens (bed, kitchen and bathroom). Bed and kitchen linens will be changed every 7 days while the bathroom linen will be changed every 3 days. Daily linen change (upon request) will be extra charged.
Use of our inside parking.

Rental price of the Rooms includes:

Methods of payment:
It is requested a security deposit to cover 30% of the total amount on booking. The remaining balance must be payed by the day before your departure.

- Bancomat (ATM card)

Schedules of Arrival and Departure:
Check-in of apartments or rooms with services; before 15 p.m. of the day of arrival. Check-out; within 10:30 a.m.

Other Information:
For apartment, extra Final cleaning EUR 50.00. (Just to stay a week)

We cooperate with Restaurant Antico Desco where you can taste turist menù from 14,00€ for person excluded drinks; the Restaurant is 200 meters far from our complex.
Small-sized companion animals are allowed to stay without any extra charge, previous request with a special form on booking. Obviously, owners of the animals will be obliged to refund possible damages brought to things or people, and they will have to take care of the cleaning of the excrements.
